Job summary

MOH Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide and coordinate basic nursing care for patients under supervision. You will plan and evaluate care, working with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include training caregivers for post-discharge care, and participating in shift work including weekends and public holidays as required.

Qualifications

Must hold Higher NiTEC in Nursing.
Enrolled with Singapore Nursing Board.
Post-basic nursing qualification preferred.
Able to perform 2-3 rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

To access, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients under your care.
To plan and coordinate basic nursing care independently and assist the Registered Nurse and other healthcare professionals in the procedure, treatment and examination of the patient.
To provide related caregiver training so that patient receives appropriate care after discharge.
To perform any additional any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
