Overview

Enrolled in an Ophthalmology clinic

We are looking to hire full time or part time enrolled nurse to join our dynamic team. Our doctors are friendly and approachable and we have an existing team of optometrists and nurse.

There will be training provided by our nurse and our doctors.

Schedule

Normal working hours. Weekdays 8.30am to 5.30pm. Saturdays 8.30am to 1pm. Clinic is not open on Sundays and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patient care, including checking vision and eye pressure, and setting IV lines.
• Assistance with minor surgical procedures in the treatment room.
• Assisting ophthalmologists with simple eye procedures.
• Front line duties including reception, managing appointments and collection of payment.
• There is opportunity to upskill to learn the use of various investigation equipment, like corneal topography, optical coherence tomography, biometry, retinal photos, etc.

Remuneration

• Competitive remuneration. Base on experience. Performance bonus based on performance and patient load.
