SALOHealth Management Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to provide high-quality private nursing care services to clients in their homes. This short-term contract position offers the opportunity to deliver one-to-one, patient-centred care while supporting families in maintaining comfort and dignity at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 12-hour private nursing care for assigned clients, including both day and night shifts.
• Deliver holistic care encompassing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), personal hygiene, mobility assistance, feeding, and toileting support.
• Perform nursing procedures within the Enrolled Nurse’s scope of practice, such as wound dressing, vital sign monitoring, and other delegated nursing duties.
• Ensure proper and accurate documentation of nursing care and daily progress notes.
• Maintain professional communication with the care team, clients, and family members.
• Uphold infection control, safety, and ethical nursing standards at all times.

Requirements

• Full registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Valid BCLS and AED certification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in hospital, community, or home care settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate about nursing, with a genuine interest in serving patients within the home care sector.
• Responsible, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Working Hours & Arrangement

• 12-hour shift, 3 or 4 days per week on alternate weeks.
• Rotating day and night duty as assigned.
• Location: Island-wide assignments based on client needs.
