Job summary

TANGSPAC CONSULTING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced AML Compliance professional to conduct Enhanced Customer Due Diligence reviews for high and medium-risk clients in the MSL sectors. You will ensure timely completion and produce robust risk assessments with clear recommendations.

The role requires strong analytical and written communication skills, solid knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks, and the ability to deliver evidence-based guidance to business units.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Banking/Financial Services, preferably Compliance or CDD functions.
• ACAMS or ICA qualifications advantageous.
• Sound understanding of banking products and practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) reviews for High and Medium-risk customers within MSL sectors, including periodic and event-triggered reviews.
• Conduct customer outreach to obtain information and supporting documentation as required.
• Provide guidance on AML/CFT/PF and CDD/ECDD matters with risk-based judgment.
• Prepare clear, well-supported risk assessments and recommendations.
• Ensure all assigned reviews are completed within stipulated timeline.
