THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an English Language Teacher for both primary and secondary levels in Singapore.

Working days are 5/6 with weekend and evening hours; basic salary ranges from 3500 to 5000 SGD depending on experience. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of teaching experience.
• Willingness to work during evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver English language lessons for primary and secondary levels.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
• Engage students with interactive and dynamic lessons.
• Demonstrate initiative and proactive classroom behavior.
• Ensure punctuality and effective time management.
• Communicate clearly and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Develop and customize lesson plans to meet student requirements.
• Provide written feedback on student progress.
• Create and improve curriculum materials as needed.
• Identify and address learning obstacles faced by students.
• Supervise students during peak hours and maintain classroom discipline.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
