Responsibilities
  • Conduct lessons online or at the centre with enthusiasm
  • Open to new ideas and feedback
  • Apply Lil' but Mighty's strategies in the classroom
  • Plan, review and evaluate lessons
  • Collaborate with others to plan the curriculum and create new strategies and materials
  • Give regular feedback to parents on pupils’ learning progress
  • Teach an average of 12 classes per week, including covering classes where the teachers are absent due to annual, medical or other leave, and any other workshops.
Ideal Candidate Snapshot
  • DIP (NIE), BA (NIE), PGDE (NIE) or overseas equivalent, distinction or merit preferred
  • Experience in teaching children in primary school
  • The successful applicant will be driven and results‑focused with a “can do” attitude.
  • Able to work 4 weekdays and one weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
