Job summary

A leading education consultancy in Singapore is seeking an English Language Teacher to tailor lessons, design engaging curriculum, and track student progress. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor’s degree in English or related field and 3 years of teaching experience. Flexibility in working hours is required, as this position includes evenings and weekends.

English Language Teacher (IB & Junior College)

Working Days: 6 working days (include Saturday & Sunday)

Working Timing: 9am to 8pm

Basic Salary: $4500 to $6000 Monthly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Linguistics, Education, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
• Willingness to work during evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak periods

Responsibilities

• Personalized Teaching – Tailor lessons to fit each student’s learning style and academic need
• Curriculum Development – Design engaging and structured lesson plan
• Student Progress Tracking – Provide constructive feedback and track improvements
• Interactive Learning – Foster an engaging classroom experience through discussions and activities
• Mentorship & Guidance – Support students in building confidence and mastering English Language
• Problem-Solving – Identify learning obstacles and provide targeted solutions
• Plan and deliver English language composition writing and English language lessons in accordance with the Company's guidelines and framework to achieve desired learning outcomes.
