Victoria World Academy Pte. Ltd. is seeking a committed English Teacher (Full-Time) to complement our qualified workforce of educators. You will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons and support students as they develop academically and personally.
You will teach IGCSE, A Level and Foundation programmes, apply differentiated strategies, create an inclusive classroom, assess progress, and collaborate with parents and staff to promote student wellbeing and achievement.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the syllabus and scheme of work
Teach English for IGCSE, A Level, and Foundation/IY1 programmes as assigned
Apply differentiated teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that promotes active learning and critical thinking
Prepare, administer, and mark assessments, assignments, and examinations
Monitor students’ academic progress and provide timely feedback, academic guidance, and intervention where necessary
Serve as a mentor and/or Form Teacher, providing academic and pastoral support to students
Communicate and collaborate with parents, academic staff, and student support teams regarding student progress and wellbeing
Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, professional development activities, and school events
Support assigned co-curricular activities and undertake other duties as required by the School
Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
At least a Master's degree in related field
Teaching qualification is preferred
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in IGCSE, A Level, Foundation, or other international curriculum
Ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students of varying abilities and backgrounds
Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, adaptable, and a collaborative team player
