Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is hiring an educator to take ownership of classes from Primary 1 to Secondary 4, delivering lessons based on our curriculum and framework. You will track progress, provide feedback, and help grow class enrolment. NIE trained or teachers with MOE syllabus knowledge are welcome.

We offer training and a salary of SGD 3,000–4,000; the role requires 4 weekdays plus 1 weekend with corresponding hours.

Qualifications

• NIE Trained Teachers or teachers with at least 1 year of relevant teaching experience in established enrichment centers.
• Familiar with the latest MOE syllabus and examination requirements
• Possess at least a Diploma in Education/Teaching or Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior experience in teaching English language creative writing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• You will take ownership of your classes and students’ progress.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on our proven curriculum and teaching framework
• Guide students to achieve strong outcomes in writing, comprehension, and language use
• Mark and grade assignments using structured rubrics, with clear and constructive feedback
• Track students’ progress closely and respond quickly to their learning needs
• Analyse school exam results and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Communicate regularly with parents and provide meaningful updates and solutions
• Contribute to curriculum development and teaching innovation
• Teach up to 12 classes across Primary 1 to Secondary 4 levels
• Play an active role in growing and maintaining your class enrolment
