Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring teachers in Singapore. You will take ownership of your classes and students' progress, plan and deliver engaging lessons, and guide students to achieve strong outcomes in writing, comprehension and language use.

Responsibilities include marking with rubrics, tracking progress, analyzing exam results, communicating with parents, and contributing to curriculum development. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Teacher must have NIE training or 1 year enrichment center experience.
• Degree in Education/Teaching or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in MOE syllabus and exam requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own your classes and monitor students' progress.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons using our curriculum framework.
• Guide students to improve writing, comprehension, and language use.
• Mark and grade assignments with structured rubrics and feedback.
• Track progress and respond to learning needs.
• Analyse exam results to adjust teaching strategies.
• Communicate with parents regularly with updates/solutions.
• Contribute to curriculum development and teaching innovation.
• Teach up to 12 classes across levels P1 to S4.
• Grow and maintain class enrolment.

Job description

Working Day: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend

Working Hour: Weekdays: 10.20am to 7.20pm ; Weekends: 8.45am - 6.30pm

Salary: SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,000

What You Will Do

• You will take ownership of your classes and students' progress.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on our proven curriculum and teaching framework
• Guide students to achieve strong outcomes in writing, comprehension, and language use
• Mark and grade assignments using structured rubrics, with clear and constructive feedback
• Track students' progress closely and respond quickly to their learning needs
• Analyse school exam results and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Communicate regularly with parents and provide meaningful updates and solutions
• Contribute to curriculum development and teaching innovation
• Teach up to 12 classes across Primary 1 to Secondary 4 levels
• Play an active role in growing and maintaining your class enrolment

Qualifications

• NIE Trained Teachers or teachers with at least 1 year of relevant teaching experience in established enrichment centers.
• Familiar with the latest MOE syllabus and examination requirements
• Possess at least a Diploma in Education/Teaching or Bachelor's Degree
• Prior experience in teaching English language creative writing is an advantage.
