Job summary

NEW START EDUCATION CENTER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an educator to plan and deliver lessons aligned to the MOE syllabus for Primary 1–6, focusing on oral and writing skills. You will prepare materials, monitor progress, and provide feedback while maintaining effective classroom management and collaborating with parents and management.

You will also develop revision notes, practice papers, and participate in training sessions to enhance teaching skills and support centre activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons based on the MOE syllabus for Primary 1 to Primary 6 to ensure curriculum adherence and student engagement
• Prepare teaching materials and worksheets that support lesson objectives and student learning outcomes
• Develop students’ oral and writing skills through targeted lesson delivery and practice activities
• Monitor students’ academic progress regularly and provide tailored support to address learning needs
• Mark assignments accurately and provide constructive feedback to guide student improvement
• Maintain good classroom management to create a positive and productive learning environment

• Communicate effectively with parents and school management to report on student progress and address concerns
