Job summary

Ezy Pzy Academy in Singapore is seeking a passionate teacher to deliver Phonics and Early Literacy for ages 3–7 and Primary English for P1–P6 in small groups. No lesson planning required; we provide a structured in-house curriculum, detailed lesson plans, teaching resources, and full training and mentoring.

You will work in a warm, fast-paced centre with a family-like culture, provide timely feedback on student progress, and enjoy a 4-day work week with opportunities to grow as the centre

About the role

We're a warm, boutique English Enrichment Centre looking for a passionate teacher to join our small, close-knit team. You'll teach Phonics and Early Literacy (3 – 7 years) and Primary School English (P1 – P6) in small-group classes with no lesson planning required. We provide a structured in-house curriculum, comprehensive lesson plans, teaching resources, and full in-house training and mentoring.

Key responsibilities
  • Teach Phonics and Early Literacy to children aged 3 – 7 years

  • Teach Primary School English (P1 – P6)

  • Deliver small-group classes

  • Focus on teaching and inspiring children using provided curriculum and lesson plans

  • Work in a fast-paced, lively and energetic environment

  • Complete marking and returning of students' work in a timely fashion

  • Maintain excellent rapport with both students and parents

  • Ensure the smooth running of operations within the centre (i.e. perform teaching administrative duties, prep work, printing, upkeep centre cleanliness, etc)
