Job summary
A diving services company based in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage dive reports and administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards, preparing reports for clients, and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to handle various administrative duties in support of the QA / QC Manager.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements while on duty.
- Collect divers' job pack records and prepare the final diving report.
- Submit the final report for review and make amendments if needed.
- Prepare a copy of the final report for clients' approval.
- File and archive the final report according to procedures.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
- Provide administrative assistance to QA / QC Manager.
- Ensure that the requirements for quality and occupational health, safety, and welfare are complied with at all times whilst performing duties on behalf of the Company.
- Efficiently collect information on divers’ job pack records, as well as all photographs and videos captured, to prepare the final diving report.
- Submit the final report to the Managing Director for review and approval. Make any amendments if necessary.
- Prepare a copy of the final report for the Client and Surveyor’s approval.
- File and archive the final report in accordance with the Document Control procedure.
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order additional items that are needed.
- Update dive equipment inventory and consumables.
- Provide administrative assistance to QA / QC Manager in documenting and filing the Dive Supervisor’s job pack and final report.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
