Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification Level: Diploma, Nitec, Certificate in Office Skills, NTC Grade 2 or equivalent.
• Working experience in manufacturing of electromechanical assemblies is advantageous.
• Able to interpret mechanical drawing and electrical schematic.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Support the assembly of electromechanical assemblies
• Support the assembly of wire harness
• Provide on-site customer support (bases on customer’s request)
• Wire routing on box or machine level
• Review and study product specifications and technical drawings
• Developing, building, or testing prototypes, new products, processes, or procedures
• Assisting in new product development and define production process flow
• Set up and operate production machines, equipment, instrument in accordance with good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures
• Monitor, calibrate and adjust production processes or machines, equipment, instrument for quality and productivity
• Troubleshoot problems with machines, equipment, instrument or products
• Keep proper records, maintain and ensure serviceability of machines, equipment, instrument and tools
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification Level: Diploma, Nitec, Certificate in Office Skills, NTC Grade 2 or equivalent
• Working experience in manufacturing of electromechanical assemblies is advantage
• Able to interpret mechanical drawing and electrical schematic
• Able to carry out trouble shooting and minor repairs
