Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of engineering projects in industrial and process plant environments.
• Develop project schedules, manpower allocation plans, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations.

2. Operations & Resource Management

• Supervise multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Allocate resources, equipment, and subcontractors efficiently to optimize productivity.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on engineering projects.
• Maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory authorities.

4. Safety & Quality Compliance

• Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company standards.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and reporting.
• Implement quality control measures to meet engineering and operational standards.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and technical records.
• Track project KPIs, budget performance, and operational efficiency metrics.

6. Continuous Improvement & Business Support

• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, project delivery efficiency, and safety performance.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and cost estimation.
