Project Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of engineering projects in industrial and process plant environments.
- Develop project schedules, manpower allocation plans, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
2. Operations & Resource Management
- Supervise multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Allocate resources, equipment, and subcontractors efficiently to optimize productivity.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on engineering projects.
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory authorities.
4. Safety & Quality Compliance
- Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company standards.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and reporting.
- Implement quality control measures to meet engineering and operational standards.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and technical records.
- Track project KPIs, budget performance, and operational efficiency metrics.
6. Continuous Improvement & Business Support
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, project delivery efficiency, and safety performance.
- Support business development activities, including proposals and cost estimation.
