Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist sales dept with quotes / costing
  • Creating and processing sales in a timely manner
  • Assisting with spares & automation request
  • Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales dept
  • Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client meetings, follow-ups, ongoing job updates
  • Perform data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data
  • Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required
  • Work with the customers and engineers to ensure the equipment meets the system requirements
  • Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary
  • Secure orders, guarantee product standards and assure product delivery
  • Establish customer rapport and acceptance
  • Maintaining customer relationships by following up on inquiries, ensuring satisfaction. and identifying opportunities for upselling
Qualifications
  • Expected to have strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and proper written and verba communication abilities
