Our client is one of the leading players in the Medical Device Manufacturing. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Engineering Manager to be part of their Engineering team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Centre – easily accessible.

The Duties of Engineering Manager are
  • Lead engineering-driven improvement initiatives to deliver cost savings and productivity gains.
  • Ensure equipment, processes, and facilities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee facilities maintenance and equipment reliability to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Drive cost-optimisation initiatives across engineering and operations.
  • Provide leadership to Technical, Moulding, Equipment, Process Engineering, and Workplace Safety teams.
  • Own the full lifecycle of in-house and automation equipment, including software development, from concept to continuous improvement.
Requirement
  • Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant studies
  • Strong in automation projects with experience in PLC and HMI Programming
  • Able to start work immediately is highly preferred
