Qualifications

• 10+ years of working experience in machine design and development.
• Experience in general / food waste recycling sector will be a plus.
• Able to travel overseas when required.

Responsibilities

• Define new product (machine) requirement, application and machine specification.
• Co‑lead customer requirements review process with other functional teams.
• Perform design cost evaluation, prepare budget, and manage costs.
• Co‑lead machinery design process and maintain coordination.
• Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs).
• Coordinate fabrication and electrical on machine loading schedule.
• Support commissioning / site related activities.
• Prepare Technical Specifications and Operating Manuals for WWT Systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Singapore (Hybrid)
• High growth sector within the Environmental and Sustainability ("E&S") industry

Responsibilities

• Define new product (machine) requirement, application and machine specification
• Co‑lead customer requirements review process with other functional teams, such as sales, waste water treatment engineer, electrical engineer etc.
• Perform design cost evaluation, prepare budget, and manage costs vis‑à‑vis customer requirements / budget and company’s profit
• Co‑lead machinery design process with head of design and maintain smooth coordination through out project lifecycle
• Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs)
• Coordinate fabrication and electrical on machine loading schedule and delivery commitments
• Support commissioning / site related activities
• Assist and maintain communication with the client in all Process Engineering & Technical matters
• Prepare Technical Specifications and Operating Manuals for WWT Systems, participate and present in customer meetings
• Provide technical support to sales and marketing, design, maintenance / repair / overhaul (MRO), and etc enquiry
• Participate in R&D on product roadmap and customization design
