Job summary

• Lead daily factory and production operations to meet output targets and maintain workflow continuity
• Supervise production staff and subcontractors to ensure adherence to procedures and performance standards
• Coordinate project schedules across teams to achieve timely completion of milestones
• Monitor product quality and enforce workplace safety standards to comply with regulations
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to align production goals and resolve issues
• Prepare detailed production reports and plan material requirements to support efficient processes
• Diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure proper functioning of machinery and equipment
