The Job
- ENGINEERING EXECUTIVE [CUSTOMER SERVICE]
- Core responsibilities include liaising with Head Office and/or ASEAN subsidiaries on QA matters (including R&D).
- Attend / reply to customers’ queries via email, telephone, or video conference.
- Coordinate IATF audits with external and internal auditors.
- Provide technical support to ASEAN subsidiaries and customers.
- SERVICE SUPPORT: Ability to present the technical aspects of our products to customers (potential and/or current) and understand how our products can support their requirements.
- CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Identify customer needs, provide recommendations and/or solutions on how our products can support the customer via on-site or off-site technical presentations.
- POST-SALES SUPPORT: Support after-sales service with implementation, training and troubleshooting (if any) of our products.
The Person
- A) ACADEMIC
NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Microelectronics Engineering or any related engineering field.
- B) PROFICIENCY
Minimum 2 years of related assembly experience preferably in an electronics / semiconductor industry / Electrical Power Industry.
- An aptitude to analytical soft skills to identify problems.
- C) PERSONALITY
Keen aptitude to learn, self-driven with good communication skills. Positive attitude and a flair to solve problems meticulously. Able to handle tasks independently with minimum supervision.
