The Job
  • ENGINEERING EXECUTIVE [CUSTOMER SERVICE]
  • Core responsibilities include liaising with Head Office and/or ASEAN subsidiaries on QA matters (including R&D).
  • Attend / reply to customers’ queries via email, telephone, or video conference.
  • Coordinate IATF audits with external and internal auditors.
  • Provide technical support to ASEAN subsidiaries and customers.
  • SERVICE SUPPORT: Ability to present the technical aspects of our products to customers (potential and/or current) and understand how our products can support their requirements.
  • CUSTOMER INTERACTION: Identify customer needs, provide recommendations and/or solutions on how our products can support the customer via on-site or off-site technical presentations.
  • POST-SALES SUPPORT: Support after-sales service with implementation, training and troubleshooting (if any) of our products.
The Person
  • A) ACADEMIC
    NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Microelectronics Engineering or any related engineering field.
  • B) PROFICIENCY
    Minimum 2 years of related assembly experience preferably in an electronics / semiconductor industry / Electrical Power Industry.
  • An aptitude to analytical soft skills to identify problems.
  • C) PERSONALITY
    Keen aptitude to learn, self-driven with good communication skills. Positive attitude and a flair to solve problems meticulously. Able to handle tasks independently with minimum supervision.
