Job description

Responsibilities

• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Supervising production with production staff and management.
• Ensuring quality standards and inspecting products.
• Implementing safety protocols and procedures.
• Managing production schedules and deadlines.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawing.
• Ensured quality control for all aspects of the project, reducing defect.
• Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and preparereports.
• Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports.
