Job summary

You will support publication preparation, proofreading, and longer-form outputs, while assisting with analytics and website updates.

Qualifications

• Background in science, engineering, or research with interest in science communication or journalism.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical material.
• Strong writing, clarity and accuracy for editorial standards.

Responsibilities

• Pitch, research, write, and edit technical stories and profiles on faculty, students, and projects.
• Translate complex science concepts into clear narratives and ensure scientific accuracy.
• Support content pipelines, stakeholder coordination, and editorial calendars.
• Coordinate interviews, gather inputs, approvals, and assist with publications.
