Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Singapore seeks a motivated individual to optimize workshop layouts and develop Power BI dashboards for capacity analysis. You will manage technical issues and assist in CAPEX management, engaging with dynamic teams to improve operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant degree and possess strong communication skills as well as programming knowledge.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Workshop floor plan layout
  - Design and optimize the workshop floor plan to ensure efficient space utilization, smooth workflow, and compliance with safety standards.
• Digital tool PBI for benches capacity analysis
  - Develop and generate Power BI dashboards to analyze benches’ utilization and capacity; present insights to management for resource planning.
• Reading of Maintenance manual
  - Demonstrate understanding of maintenance procedures and technical documentation to support troubleshooting and equipment servicing.
• Repair capability set up
  - Successfully support or lead the setup of repair capabilities, including defining tools, procedures, and documentation for operational readiness.
• Investment CAPEX management
  - Assist in preparing CAPEX proposals, tracking approvals, and monitoring project expenditure to ensure alignment with budget and timelines.
• Technical issues management (JIRA ticket)
  - Effectively log, track, and resolve technical issues using JIRA; ensure timely closure and root cause analysis for recurring problems.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Aerospace, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or any related fields.
• Knowledge in programming of at least one general programming language (e.g. Python, C, C++ etc) will be an advantage
• Ability to use and learn advanced EXCEL skills and Power BI
• Excellent communication skills with a strong thirst for knowledge and a keen desire to learn
