Job summary
A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to manage maintenance programs and liaise with contractors. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience and be proficient in MS Office. Effective communication in English is required. Qualifications
- At least 2 years in a relevant engineering or maintenance role.
- Preferably with a technical certificate or skillset in Facilities Management or Mechanical Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Scheduled Maintenance Program.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers for job execution and spare parts procurement.
- Maintain daily inspection and service reports.

Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: ITE or equivalent
- Experience: At least 2 years in a relevant engineering or maintenance role
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Preferably with a technical certificate or skillset in Facilities Management or Mechanical Engineering
- Language: Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)
