A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an Engineer to prepare schematic drawings and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Engineering and experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably related to vehicular projects. Proficiency in CAD software is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role involves collaboration with various teams and handling technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in vehicular or related industries.
• Proficient in CAD software and mechanical structural calculation.
• Advantage if experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO45001).

Job Title: Engineer

• Responsible for preparing schematic/assembly drawings, vehicular calculation and technical documentation for projects.
• Hands-on for vehicular dimensions measurement.
• LTA submission.
• Engineering support and correspondence to vehicular projects.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assign by Head of Engineering.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety improvements.

Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, production, aftersales teams.

Requirements

• Candidate possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronic) or equivalent.
• Minimum one of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in vehicular or related industries.
• Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and process simulation tools.
• Proficient in mechanical structural calculation
• Advantage if candidate has experience and familiar with quality management systems
  (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO45001).
