Job summary

Singtel in Singapore is seeking a professional skilled in telecommunications to manage C4 resource planning and new connections. You will support audits, maintain system updates, and resolve customer escalations.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Computer or equivalent work experience in telecom, networking and IT.
• Knowledge in TCP/IP networking (including DNS/DHCP), SIP protocol, Linux knowledge, and ISDN signalling.
• Ability to use Linux scripting, Python programming, Pandas, and web-scraping.

Responsibilities

• Manage C4 resource planning and new connection to overseas partners.
• Support internal and external audit preparations for the system.
• Manage and implement system updates and security patches.
• Address and resolve customer escalations effectively.
• Support SPF preparations for emergencies.
• Assist in blocking spam or scam calls.
• Manage IMDA directives related to scam prevention.

Make an Impact by:

• Managing C4 resource planning and new connection to overseas partners.
• Support internal and external audit preparations and exercises for the system.
• Manage and implement system and security patches, as well as system updates.
• Address and resolve customer escalations effectively.
• Support SPF to prepare for special events, include drawer plan for emergency situations.
• Support SPF and IMDA blocking of calling number related spam or scam calls.
• Managing IMDA directive related to scam prevention and testing.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in IT/Computer or equivalent work experience in telecom, networking and IT.
• Has knowlege in TCP/IP networking (include DNS / DHCP), SIP protocol, Linux knowledge and ISDN signalling.
• Able to use Linux Scripting, Python Programming, Pandas and Web-scraping.
