Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Product Engineer to support the NAND Product Development Team Leader.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive new product development and integrate AI into actionable plans, engaging business units, QA, fabrication, testing, and supply chain to ensure rapid time‑to‑market for new technology nodes. Job Summary

As a Product Engineer working directly in support of the NAND Product Development Team Leader, your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to propel new product development and spearhead the integration of AI solutions into actionable strategies and plans. In this capacity, you represent the NAND engineering team, engaging with strategic partners such as business units, quality assurance, fabrication, testing, and supply chain to ensure a competitive time-to-market for the newest technology nodes, from silicon to system. This role is highly impactful, offering broad scope and high visibility. It presents an opportunity to contribute to Micron’s next generation of technology and product enablement alongside a dedicated and highly skilled cross‑functional team.

Main Responsibilities

Define and implement NAND Flash reliability test flows to assess product reliability performance and prevent extrinsic/intrinsic reliability escapes. Perform high‑volume statistical data analysis to evaluate NAND DPM/ intrinsic reliability risks and trends. Drive electrical failure analysis, including advance characterization, to identify root causes and solution spaces. Develop short‑term countermeasures such as targeted stresses and screens, applying knowledge of digital/analog circuits, device physics, and process engineering. Qualify the product with innovative control measures to provide best in Class DPM and Cell reliability. Collaborate closely with Fab, NAND Technology, NAND Design, Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams to develop solutions and enable shipment of high‑quality end products. Integrates AI‑assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and aligning with organizational standards and legal requirements. Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI‑enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work. Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes. Support customer inquiries and provide technical insights related to product reliability. Drive critical initiatives to enhance the overall reliability program and influence the direction of future product development.

Minimum Required Qualifications/Experience

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Knowledge in Semiconductor Reliability, NAND Technology, or Electrical Failure Analysis. Understanding in Design, Device Physics, Circuits, Process. Strong statistical analysis, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Experience with application of AI tools, LLMs or data analysis tools ("Python, JMP, Tableau").

Highly Desirable/Preferred skills or experience
