Job summary

A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking a skilled technician for the installation and maintenance of complex electro-mechanical semiconductor equipment. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Science with at least 3 years of related experience, preferably in precision engineering or semiconductor manufacturing. Responsibilities include performing installations, preventive maintenance, and liaising with customers. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferably from Semiconductor.
• Experience in precision engineering and/or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with Assembly Saw/Ball Tool sales is advantageous.
• Experience with Active Thermal Control product is highly advantageous.
• Willingness to travel on short and long notices.

Develop improvements for processes and hardware for continuous improvement of equipment. Liaise with customer to qualify the equipment during installation. Execute action plans to resolve customer issues. Perform special assignments and projects as assigned and follow all duties and responsibilities assigned by the management or superiors.
