Job summary

A leading aerospace firm in Singapore is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead engineering efforts, perform data analysis, and support cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Aerospace, and strong analytical skills. Familiarity with aerospace standards is a plus. Qualifications

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead reliability engineering efforts across multiple aerospace programs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and customer support.

  • Perform reliability data analysis to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities to improve fleet reliability.

  • Support root cause investigations and make recommendations to address reliability-related issues. Perform cost benefit analysis when making recommendations to improve component reliability.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on reliability performance metrics and programme status to management and customers as required.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on reliability requirements to internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies.

  • Engage with customers and suppliers to ensure reliability expectations are understood, met, and exceeded where possible.

  • Able to work strategically with minimal supervision.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, preferably Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements is highly advantageous.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills.

  • Possess strong analytical skills to work with data sets in identifying trends to solve poor reliability issues.
