Job summary

A leading aerospace company in Singapore is seeking an Engineer for Reliability and Programme Management. The successful candidate will lead reliability engineering efforts across multiple aerospace programs and perform data analysis to enhance fleet reliability. Responsibilities include reporting on performance metrics and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with aerospace standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, preferably Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to work with data sets in identifying trends to solve poor reliability issues.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Lead reliability engineering efforts across multiple aerospace programs, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and customer support.

Perform reliability data analysis to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities to improve fleet reliability.

Support root cause investigations and make recommendations to address reliability‑related issues. Perform cost‑benefit analysis when making recommendations to improve component reliability.

Prepare and present detailed reports on reliability performance metrics and programme status to management and customers as required.

Provide technical expertise and guidance on reliability requirements to internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Engage with customers and suppliers to ensure reliability expectations are understood, met, and exceeded where possible.

Able to work strategically with minimal supervision.
