Responsibilities

• Prepare bill of quantities involving take-off and materials sourcing.
• Responsible for Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration.
• Ensure timely submission and certification of claims.
• Compile quotes and perform cost analysis.
• Liaise with contractors, clients, and authorities throughout the project.
• Attend on-site meetings and coordinate operations.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.
