Job summary

A global leader in automation solutions is seeking a project coordinator in Singapore. You will assist in project management tasks, prepare pre-installation documentation, supervise electrical and mechanical installations, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and ISO9001 processes. This role is critical for ensuring quality and safety in equipment testing and commissioning.

Responsibilities

Assist in project management and preparation of documentation.
Supervise electrical and mechanical installation work.
Liaise with suppliers on installation quality and conduct acceptance tests.

Responsibilities

To assist SM/PM in Project Management Works
To assist SM/PM in preparation of pre-installation documentation
To assist SM/PM on the verification of design layout & construction drawings.
To coordinate local shipment deliveries.
To supervise Electrical Installation work with SE/SM support.
To supervise Mechanical Installation work with SE/SM support.
To liaise with Daifuku and suppliers on installation quality matters.
To prepare installation records.
To carry out Daifuku equipment Testing & Commissioning works with SE/SM support.
To assist in software T&C works
To prepare Acceptance documentation
To conduct Acceptance tests with SE/SM support.
To follow and comply with Safety regulation.
To supervise contractors' compliance with Safety regulation.
To comply with ISO9001 processes and documentation
