A leading global financial information provider in Singapore is looking for a TechOps/app Support Engineer to oversee the production support of critical applications. This role requires expertise in cloud technologies like AWS, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science and possess proficiency in Oracle and PL/SQL. The role offers opportunities to interact with senior users and engage with cutting-edge technology.

The Team is responsible for providing high-quality Technical Support across a wide suite of products within the DVR business segment. The TechOps team works closely with a highly competent Client Services team and the core project teams to resolve client issues and improve the platform. Our work helps ensure that all products are provided with a high-quality service and maintain client satisfaction. The team is responsible for owning and maintaining our cloud-hosted apps.
The Impact: The role is an extremely critical role to help affect a positive client experience by virtue of maintaining high availability of business-critical services/applications.
