Engineer (P&S) – HDB Project Experience Required

Supervise and coordinate Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works for HDB projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and authority requirements.

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily site activities to ensure progress and quality meet project timelines.

Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors to resolve technical and site issues promptly.

Prepare, review, and update technical drawings, method statements, and material submissions.

Conduct inspections and ensure workmanship meets HDB standards and specifications.

Manage testing and commissioning of P&S systems.

Ensure all works comply with HDB, PUB, and other relevant authority regulations.

Support the project team in documentation, reporting, and project handover processes.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Building Services Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant P&S experience, with at least 1 year in HDB projects.
