Job summary

A strategic partner in enhancing IT infrastructure in Singapore is seeking a candidate to oversee IT operations and lead cybersecurity initiatives. This role requires a diploma in Computer Science or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience. The successful candidate will provide technical support, develop strategies for infrastructure resilience, and support transformation efforts within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Computer Science.
  • Knowledge in ERP system like Microsoft Navision is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Oversee the continuous operation of the organisation’s IT Infrastructure, including networks, servers, email security and backup systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance infrastructure resilience, particularly for planned maintenance and power outages.
  • Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including the development and execution of phishing simulations and cybersecurity awareness programs.
  • Act as a liaison to facilitate IT related communication across departments, adapting technical information for non- technical stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to employees across all levels, ensuring efficient problem resolution and minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and solutions that can drive efficiency, enhance security and support the organization’s evolving needs.
  • To support Digitalisation Transformation team members in the areas of IT/ OT cyber security measures including assessment of project scopes, budgetary and proposal.
  • To be trained to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the IT Security industry, including awareness of new or revised security solutions, security standards, trends/best practices, offensive techniques and tools.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Education/ Experience/Skills
  • Minimum Diploma qualifications (e.g. NIE, SIM, LaSalle-SIA, NAFA) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ of experience in Computer Science.
  • Knowledge in ERP system like Microsoft Navision is an added advantage
