Job summary

The role includes leading equipment qualification for new technologies and supporting continuous yield improvements and cost reductions. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams, manage supplier quality, support audits, and apply AI-driven insights to daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.

• Experience with SPC/DOE/RCA and data analysis is advantageous.

Involvement may begin at any step from pilot plant to full-scale manufacturing. Participate in design requirement review with cross-functional teams to ensure compatibility with processing methods.
