Job description

As an Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our advanced manufacturing equipment and processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Install, qualify, and maintain semiconductor assembly/test equipment to achieve optimal performance
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis on equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost equipment efficiency, yield, and cost effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process Engineering, Manufacturing, QA) to support production goals
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and monitor equipment health using data analytics
• Evaluate new equipment and technologies for process enhancement and capacity expansion
• Document procedures, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields)
• Hands-on, analytical, and passionate about problem solving
• Good teamwork, communication, and project management skills
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom and fast-paced production environment
