Job description

This position reports to the Engineering Manager and interfaces with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment reliability, drive continuous improvement, and support the development of technical capabilities aligned with production goals.

• Support the maintenance and operation of assigned equipment to meet uptime, yield, and quality targets.
• Assist in troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis for equipment issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
• Coordinate equipment installation, qualification, and upgrades.
• Manage spare parts inventory and vendor support.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and cleanroom standards.
