  • Cooperate with safety department for duties.
  • Assist site management in project planning.
  • Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operations.
  • Prepare documents for authority submissions.
  • Study tender/construction drawings and specifications.
  • Provide guidance to new/junior staff.

Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm
Office at City Hall
Salary: $3800 to $5400

Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structure Engineering

Relevant site / building construction experience.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
  • To attend project / technical meetings and resolve site issues with owners / consultants to ensure smooth progress.
  • To verify that the work done on site complies with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements, and to ensure subcontractors rectify non‑compliance.
  • To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractors / suppliers ASAP to minimize delays.
  • To ensure related documentation is updated and ready for ISO audit.
  • To cooperate with the safety department and carry out assigned duties within the safety framework.
  • Assist the site management team in project planning & coordination.
  • Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operations.
  • Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquers, RI, TOP, etc.
  • Study tender / construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
  • Understand critical project criteria related to schedule & productivity.
  • Provide guidance to new staff / junior staff.
