Job Summary

As a Change Management Engineer at Fab10, you will be responsible for working with Global Process Control, Traveler Control, IS, area engineering, and production on the alignment, optimization and troubleshooting of systems setup and operation procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive system improvements and assist with projects related to various MES applications
  • Drive global alignment of Best Known Methods for system setup, for both Traveler and Process Control
  • Work on projects that optimize MES system setup
  • As the application owner, deliver training and provide feedback to the team on any trouble shooting or problem solutions
  • Deliver software system enhancement, training, updates, and upgrades
  • Provide automation solution for continuous systems and productivity improvements
Job Requirements, Qualifications/Experience
  • Must have Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science
  • Must have C#, C++, SQL, R, Visual Studio, Python, Java skills
  • Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
  • Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
  • Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
