Job summary

A leading Systems Solution Provider is seeking an experienced Voice Engineer to ensure the reliability of their voice communications network. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in IT or engineering, with at least 2 years of experience in AVAYA voice solutions. Responsibilities include operations and maintenance services, troubleshooting, and client support. This role requires excellent communication skills and flexibility to work outside core hours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in AVAYA Voice solutions.
  • Avaya Engage or AVAYA trade recording certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with AVAYA voice recording system.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure reliability and integrity of the enterprise voice communications network.
  • Manage Service Desk ticketing and provide technical support.
  • Perform preventive maintenance of NICE voice recording systems.

Job description

We are representing our client (A Systems Solution Provider) to look for an experienced Voice engineer to complement their existing team.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for insuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise voice communications network. This includes installation, maintenance, and management of the NICE voice recording system.
  • Operations and Maintenance Services for Avaya Enterprise Telephony Systems, Unified Comms and Contact Centre Solutions.
  • Operations and Maintenance Services
    • Provide maintenance support to clients.
    • Manage Service Desk ticketing.
    • Provide technical assistance and support via phone, email or onsite.
    • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
    • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries and ensure appropriate resolution of the same.
    • Perform preventive maintenance of NICE voice recording systems.
  • Plan and Implement of NICE voice recording systems for clients
  • Provide presales & post sales support and maintaining all necessary technical documentation.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Higher NITEC in IT, Unified communications or Engineering field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a AVAYA Voice solutions.
  • Avaya Engage or AVAYA trade recording certified will be preferred.
  • Experienced in L1 to L2 resource with hands on AVAYA voice recording system with more than 2 years of experience and able to support and maintain AVAYAvoice recording system
  • Abilities:

    • Highly organized and able to work on own initiative to complete the range of tasks required
