Responsibilities

• Hands‑on data visualization and chart generation (e.g., JMP)
• Data processing tools such as Perl, Python, or similar programming/scripting languages
• HTML development for data display interface
• Electrical failure analysis diagnostic skills
• Accountable for Fab reliability performance, define wafer‑level reliability sampling plan, execute OCAP procedures and bench EFA validation. Work with fab to meet extrinsic and intrinsic targets through process improvement.
• Development of new wafer‑level reliability (WLR) capability as a proxy for equivalent backend unit‑level reliability (ULR) test. Make enhancements to existing capabilities to improve correlation and accuracy.
• Part of the Fab quality team contributing as SME in reliability fail modes and its associated detection, drives and engages in quality projects for overall excursion mitigation.
• Act on and provide corrective and preventive actions for CQE and FEMQA teams with regards to customer feedback on quality and product issues.
• Deliverable: To enhance, characterize and test defectivity performance of next‑generation NAND flash product. Drive with Fab/external counterparts for timely qualification and time to market.
• Impact: Innovate to solve challenges for next‑generation storage applications used to power the brain of AI and frontier technologies.
