Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play

The Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and specialist advice to ensure seamless security service operations for clients. This role includes system installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical

support for security, electronics, and IT systems, aligning with AETOS Integrated Solutions' objectives.

• Provide technical support and specialist advice to ensure smooth running activities for rendering security services to clients in line with AETOS Integrated Solutions plan and company goals.
• Maintain workplace safety and health
• Prepare required tools /equipment / documentation
• Interpret wiring diagram/ system schematic diagram /installation layout / SOP / technical manual
• Install / test / troubleshoot hardware / devices / components / software
• Install / configure / test / troubleshoot security / electronics / IT systems
• Provide technical support / customer service
• Support fault calls and perform regular service maintenance of equipment
• Provide inspection, rectification works and maintain system performance
• Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of security systems
• Update service documentation / incidents report
• Protect system / devices from cyber attack
• Assist in project management
• Assist in installation and / or maintenance of CCTV, Intruder Detection and Access Control Systems as per guideline
• Assist in the equipment / device preparation prior to the installation
• Provide concise and accurate feedback to Superiors and / or customers
• Support the backend administration of security systems
• Perform the verification of quotation provided by the outsourced vendors to support procurement / logistics functions

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CISSP, or certifications in specific security systems) are a plus.
• Knowledge of Security Systems: Experience with CCTV, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and video management systems.
• Networking Expertise: Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP), firewall configurations, and VLAN setups.
• System Integration: Ability to integrate security systems with IT infrastructure, including cloud-based platforms.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with security software such as Milestone, HIK, or Dahua.
• Troubleshooting: Strong diagnostic and repair skills for hardware and software issues.
• Electrical Knowledge: Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot power-related issues.
• Years of Experience: Typically, 2 5 years of experience in designing, deploying, or maintaining security
• systems.
• Project Management: Experience in managing installation and maintenance projects is highly valued.
