Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled project coordinator to manage client interactions and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, supervising project works, and handling documentation. This role is suitable for individuals with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Client’s Facility Manager, manage the monthly servicing (create monthly report), give quotation for ad‑hoc job, and create invoice when job is completed. Follow up with workers on the works that are required to be carried out.
• Followed up all ad‑hoc work related works documents (MOS,RA,PTW,SWP)
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.
• Handle and assist with the project and coordination of project work, and control project costing.
• Conduct progress meetings, and supervise and monitor project works.
• Handle purchase orders, delivery orders, purchasing of marital and process equipment.
• Handling of company operation engineering, project planning, and management, site and management.
• Participating in the new tender.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Well verse in Microsoft office applications
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Well verse in AutoCad
