5G-Starlink Pte. seeks a QA/QC Lead to head the QA/QC team for assigned civil projects in Singapore.

You will plan, coordinate and monitor in-process quality inspections, ensure close-out of inspection reports, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC records in line with BCA CONQUAS / QM standards. You will also lead meetings to discuss quality issues, work with project teams and subcontractors to improve quality performance, and conduct training on quality topics and authority requirements.

Formación

• Degree in Civil Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the QA/QC team on assigned project(s) and report to Project Manager and Manager (QA/QC).
• Plan, coordinate, monitor and analyze in-process quality inspections.
• Prepare, issue and monitor the closing of quality inspection reports.
• Maintain proper record keeping of QA/QC documents (inspections, reports, authority documents).
• Attend weekly project coordination/progress meetings to highlight quality issues.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify, rectify and monitor the quality performance of subcontractors.
• Conduct in-house training on quality topics and authority requirements for project personnel and subcontractors.
• Attend monthly department meetings and highlight project-related matters.
• Develop and maintain good working relations with internal and external customers.
• Assist lead internal quality auditor during periodic audits at other project sites and prepare internal quality audit reports.
• Perform the role of an assisting auditor during internal ISO audits.
• Submit annual corporate awards.
• Any other duties as specified by the reporting Supervisor.

• To lead the QA/QC team of the assigned project(s). The team would comprise of Supervisor(s) (QSD) and QA/QC workers.
• The over-all in-charge on all matters pertaining to BCA CONQUAS / QM of the assigned project(s). The works would consist of planning, coordinating, monitoring and analysing, and these would be done collaboratively with the Project Management team.
• To plan, conduct and monitor the project(s) in-process quality inspections.
• To prepare, issue and monitor the closing of quality inspection reports.
• To ensure proper record keeping of all QA/QC documents (i.e. inspections records, reports, authority documents etc.).
• To attend weekly project coordination / progress meeting to highlight quality issues.
• To collaborate with the project team(s) to identify, rectify and monitor the quality performance of subcontractors.
• To conduct in-house training / briefing to project personnel and subcontractors on topics pertaining to quality of works and the relevant authority requirements.
• To attend monthly department meeting and highlight matters pertaining to the assigned project(s).
• To develop and maintain good working relations with both internal and external customers (i.e. Client, Consultants, Authority, Home owners, Colleagues etc.).
• To assist the lead internal quality auditor during the periodic audits at other project sites.
• To prepare, issue and monitor the internal quality audit reports.
• To perform the role of an assisting auditor during the internal ISO audit.
• To submit annual corporate awards.
• Any other duties as specified by the reporting Supervisor.
• Dual reporting to Project Manager and Manager (QA/QC).

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering.
Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
