Job Summary
  • Seeking an Engineer with 10-15 years in engineering and automation.
  • Expertise required in electrical control systems and automation design, and pa performance optimization.
  • Responsibilities include project management, technical troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to meet timelines and project scope.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead installation, testing, and commissioning of automation and electrical control systems.
  • Design and optimize electrical schematics, PLC/HMI programming, and control panel design using AutoCAD.
  • Conduct inspections, case studies, and system testing for data accuracy and system functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with IMO, SOLAS, and STCW safety protocols.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders for smooth project execution and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and present progress reports documenting each project phase.
  • Supervise technical teams, troubleshoot electrical systems, and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Manage project documentation including schematics, termination drawings, and progress reports.
  • Monitor compliance with industry standards, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Certifications in AutoCAD, Industrial Automation, CompEx, BOSIET
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Electrical CAD, PLC programming, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with MS Projects, CRM systems, and Gantt charts preferred.
