Job Scope
  • Prepare necessary project documentation, including progress updates, claims, variation orders (VO), method statements, and safety procedures.
  • Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documents according to project requirements.
  • Attend coordination and site meetings with main contractors, consultants, and clients, and follow up on project matters.
  • Prepare technical reports and submission documents required by authorities or clients.
  • Carry out project evaluation, cost studies, and technical reviews to support planning and execution.
  • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project schedules, progress, and site activities.
  • Work closely with project teams to understand specifications, design intent, and client expectations.
  • Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Implement QA/QC procedures to maintain consistent quality throughout the project.
  • Liaise with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve design or coordination issues.
  • Provide technical support and solutions during installation or construction phases.
  • Oversee manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health guidelines on site.
  • Maintain proper project documentation such as daily site records, progress reports, and updated drawings.
  • Monitor material usage, manpower deployment, and equipment utilization.
  • Identify site issues promptly and update management on challenges and progress.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the management as required.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction or project engineering.
  • Sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and practices.
  • Familiarity with applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Willingness to attend to site matters or emergency situations outside regular office hours.
  • 6-day work week.
