SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC) is Asia’s foremost Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) provider. With certifications from more than 20 airworthiness authorities, SIAEC’s global MRO network, including six hangars in Singapore and three hangars in Philippines, delivers turn‑key integrated solutions to a large client base of international airlines and aerospace companies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Remove and install engine components onto the engine/module off‑wing or on‑wing
  • Perform troubleshooting, modification, and maintenance work off‑wing or on‑wing
  • Work performed using prescribed tools and equipment in accordance with approved technical data and relevant documents
  • Compliance of work to all relevant statutory, company regulations and standards operating procedures
  • May be assigned to perform boroscope inspection
  • May be assigned to work in engine shop environment or in field on‑wing environment (including short‑term deployment overseas to support Aircraft on Ground situations)
  • Any other tasks as assigned by superiors
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aviation industry (experience in engine shop environment preferred)
  • Good understanding of airworthiness regulations and requirements
  • Experience and good understanding of QMS, SMS and AS9100, OHS45001
  • Capability or prior experience and training in Boroscope Inspection, Boroblend preferred
  • Familiarity of inspection methods, techniques and equipment
  • Knowledge of problem resolution tools and LEAN will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
