A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to build and grow a SaaS community. The role involves planning and executing workshops, coordinating event logistics, and developing community materials. Build, grow, and nurture the Agency’s SaaS community through structured engagement initiatives, curated content, and digital platforms to promote knowledge-sharing and professional development.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver community programmes including workshops, networking sessions, training programmes, forums, and hackathons.
Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, scheduling, and post-event follow-ups.
Streamline administrative processes to support community initiatives.
Track participation and engagement metrics, manage budgets, prepare reports, and maintain communication channels to ensure smooth programme delivery and continuous improvement.
Develop and support engaging community materials such as event content, newsletters, internal communications, and learning resources.
Collaborate with community members and Agency leadership to identify relevant topics, speakers, and learning opportunities aligned with organisational priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant experience in community management, event coordination, communications, or programme management.
Demonstrated interest in, or exposure to, product management principles, methodologies, and practices.
Proven experience in planning and executing events, workshops, or training programmes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organisational and project coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools, communication platforms, and basic data analysis to track programme effectiveness.
Curiosity about SaaS platforms and ecosystems (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow), including industry trends and best practices, to inform relevant community programming.
